近期，注册成为地产经纪的费用有相应调整，小编刚刚联系了安省地产组织（OREA），安省地产局（RECO）和多伦多地产局（TREB）确认了最新的收费标准跟各位分享，希望对即将成为地产经纪的朋友有略微帮助。
首先，想要成为地产经纪要先完成Ontario Real Estate College（OREC）设立的相应课程，2016年4月以后，要求新注册的学员必须要完成5门课程，5门课程的费用如下：
Real Estate as a Professional Career 课程费用 $525
Land, Structures and Real Estate Trading 课程费用 $545
The Real Estate Transaction-General + The Residential Real Estate Transaction课程费用 $425+$425=$850
The Commercial Real Estate Transaction 课程费用$425
Real Property Law 课程费用$505
OREC课程总费用：$2,850
